These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of skillflex.store (the “Site”) and your purchase of products through the Site.
The Site is operated by RMZ Ventures LLC, doing business as Billo Brands (“Billo Brands,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, creating an account, or placing an order through the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products through it.
1. Eligibility and Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By making a purchase through the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, customer accounts, systems, or networks;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Site;
- Introduce viruses, malicious code, or other harmful technology;
- Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or similar technology in a manner that places an unreasonable burden on the Site or violates applicable law;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
- Use the Site in a manner that infringes the rights of Billo Brands or any third party; or
- Attempt to circumvent security, purchasing, promotional, or other restrictions implemented through the Site.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Site if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
2. Customer Accounts
You may have the option to create a customer account, but an account is not required to make a purchase unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update your information when necessary.

3. Products and Product Information
SkillFlex sells home improvement products, including products designed to assist with finishing or covering areas affected by home renovation and installation work.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe and display our products, including their dimensions, features, appearance, and other characteristics.
However, colors and appearances may vary depending on lighting, displays, devices, manufacturing variations, installation conditions, and other factors.
Product descriptions, photographs, measurements, specifications, availability, and pricing may be updated from time to time.
Before ordering, you are responsible for reviewing the product description and measurements and determining whether the product is appropriate for your intended application.
4. Orders
Submitting an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase the products identified in your order.
We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
- Product availability or inventory errors;
- Incorrect product information;
- Pricing or typographical errors;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;
- Payment authorization problems;
- Unusually large quantities or suspected resale activity;
- Technical errors; or
- Other circumstances that reasonably prevent us from fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled portion of the order using the original payment method when reasonably possible.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of an order.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices displayed on the Site are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Applicable taxes and any other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
We reserve the right to change product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that we have already accepted, except where permitted by law or where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
Payments are processed using third-party payment providers, including Stripe and Apple Pay.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided for your purchase and authorize the applicable charges associated with your order.
6. Shipping
We currently offer free shipping within the United States for eligible orders placed through the Site.
We currently sell and ship products within the United States only.
Shipping and delivery timeframes displayed on the Site are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, high order volumes, events outside our reasonable control, and other circumstances.
Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting an order.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.
7. Order Cancellations
You may request to cancel an order before it ships.
To request cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at [email protected].
We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests received before shipment. However, because orders may be processed quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once fulfillment has begun.
If an order has already shipped, you may request a return in accordance with our return policy.
8. Returns and Refunds
We accept eligible returns requested within 30 days in accordance with our return procedures.
For eligible returns, Billo Brands will cover return shipping costs.

Returned products must be reasonably packaged for return and must comply with any return instructions we provide.
Once an eligible return is received and processed, we will issue the applicable refund to the original payment method when reasonably possible. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
We reserve the right to reject fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise ineligible return requests to the extent permitted by law.
Additional details or procedures concerning returns may be provided in a separate Return & Refund Policy available on the Site. If a separate Return & Refund Policy is posted, it forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
9. Promotions and Discount Codes
From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, special offers, bundles, free gifts, or similar incentives.
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, quantity limitations, and restrictions on combining offers.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions:
- Have no cash value;
- Cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases;
- May not be combined with other offers;
- May be limited to one per customer or household; and
- May be modified or discontinued to the extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse a promotion where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, manipulation, or a violation of the applicable promotional terms.
10. Product Use
You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended application before purchase and installation.
Home construction, renovation, electrical, and similar projects can involve conditions that vary substantially between properties.
SkillFlex products should not be used in a manner that violates applicable building codes, electrical codes, laws, regulations, or safety requirements.
Where a project involves electrical wiring, electrical devices, structural modifications, or other work requiring specialized knowledge, permits, or licensing, you are responsible for determining whether a qualified professional should perform the work.
Billo Brands does not provide electrical, construction, engineering, architectural, or other professional services through the sale of its products.
11. Intellectual Property
The Site and its contents, including product names, branding, logos, photographs, graphics, text, designs, page layouts, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Billo Brands or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Site for your personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
Except as permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Site content without our prior written permission.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property belonging to Billo Brands or any third party.
12. User Content
The Site may in the future allow customers or visitors to submit reviews, photographs, comments, questions, feedback, or other content (“User Content”).
If you submit User Content, you represent that you have the right to submit it and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Site, you grant Billo Brands a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that content in connection with our business, products, Site, and marketing, subject to applicable law.
We may remove User Content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.
You should not submit confidential information through reviews or other public portions of the Site.
13. Feedback
If you voluntarily provide ideas, suggestions, recommendations, or other feedback regarding our products or Site, we may use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you, except where prohibited by law.
14. Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may use or contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, shipping providers, platforms, or other services.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies established by those third parties.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Billo Brands does not make warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or that all Site content will always be complete, current, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in this section eliminates or restricts any warranty, consumer protection, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.
Our 30-day return policy is a return benefit and does not constitute an express product warranty.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RMZ Ventures LLC, Billo Brands, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site or purchase or use of products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to a particular product purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the product giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
18. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless RMZ Ventures LLC, Billo Brands, and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Site, material violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights.
This provision does not require you to indemnify us for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.
19. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or products purchased through the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except to the extent applicable federal law or another law that cannot contractually be excluded applies.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other non-waivable legal rights, disputes that are brought in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Arizona.
Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of protections that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
20. No Mandatory Arbitration Provision
These Terms do not currently require customers to submit disputes to binding arbitration.
If we adopt an arbitration or alternative dispute resolution provision in the future, we may update these Terms in accordance with applicable law.
21. Changes to the Site and Products
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or replace portions of the Site or our product offerings from time to time.
We may also change product designs, specifications, packaging, availability, and pricing.
Nothing in this section affects orders already accepted by us or rights that cannot be modified under applicable law.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our products, business practices, Site functionality, or applicable laws.
When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes become applicable.
Your continued use of the Site after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law or severed where appropriate, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
24. No Waiver
Our failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
25. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or terms expressly incorporated into these Terms, constitute the agreement between you and Billo Brands regarding your use of the Site and purchases made through it, except where separate written terms expressly apply.
